Commonly affected ligaments are ACL, MCL, PCL Deltoid ligament of ankle joint etc.

With less fitness levels evidence, poor posture & movement, abnormal mechanism these conditions are inevitable. Structures like ligaments have poor circulation and their grading of several of injury has direct relationship in its time as healing. We reduce pain, prevent,, rehabilitate & strengthen the muscles. Pain is relived within 10 to 15 days and recurrence is less likely provided patient follows our post treatment measures.
